Bibo hotshot. What a fantastic product. Life made so much easier. Easy to work. The waiting period is such a good child proof method, because children love pushing buttons. 2nd one I bought and showing all my Moms friends, how nice and easy making tea and coffee can become. Love it!!!

Waited for the black one. Bought it and replaced another make we had.
This hotshot works great. Different temperatures are very useful.
Would have preferred an easier switch on (not a 2 second press before I can make a selection)
and simple buttons for size and temp. But you mostly use one size and a certain temp, so it works all good. And if you stop the flow, it does NOT drip, which is great.
Nice big water tank, that detach, so refilling it easy.
We love Bibo products, they all work well.

I am very happy with this product. Would prefer it black though. The customer service was excellent.

Small product flaw – excellent customer service: was swapped out immediately and replaced. Nifty little machine – time & energy saver!

Very good product but only color which is not good will get dirty easily too white in color for me
